EASF-V
EASF-V is a universal high performance bonded anchoring system suitable for use in cracked and uncracked concrete under normal and seismic conditions (category C1), and in masonry.
It is available in three gel & cure speed options:
- EASF-V (standard grade) – normal gel / normal cure time
- EASF-VE (tropical grade) – slow gel / fast cure time
- EASF-VC (winter grade) – fast gel / fast cure time
EASF-V holds a report for resistance to fire (F120) and for contact with potable water (NSF/ANSI 61 and WRAS)

Features
- Anchors may be placed close to free edges
- Suitable for dry, wet & flooded holes
- Reduced drilling diameters i.e. M20 only requires a 22mm hole and M24 requires only a 26mm hole making it an economical injection system
- Variable embedment depths, up to 20 times the bar diameter
- Available in co-axial cartridges (380; 400; 410ml), side by side cartridges (345; 360; 825ml), and single piston foil pack cartridges (150; 165; 170; 300; 550; 850ml)

EASF-V is available in CiC (foil pack), C-CN (co-axial) and S-SN (side-by-side) cartridges
CIC 300ml
Size selected: 300ml
CiC (capsule in cartridge) system, invented and patented by 2K in late 1990’s, is one of the most popular dispensing systems in the world. It allows us to fill your two component products in a single-chamber cartridge, which can be used with the industry-standard single-component applicator tools.
Other sizes:
170ml, 300ml, 550ml, 850ml
Applicator:
May be used with standard mastic guns.
Co-Axial 380ml
Size selected: 380ml
The Co-Axial cartridge system is available in 10:1 ratio and volumes of up to 410ml. It has two vertical round chambers: the outer (also known as “doughnut”) chamber contains Part “A” and the inner chamber contains part “B”. The system requires a dedicated applicator tool that is capable of pushing pistons of both chambers at the same time.

150ml, 380ml, 410ml
Applicator:
Requires dedicated dispensing tool is required for the 380ml cartridge.
Co-Axial 410ml
Size selected: 410ml
The Co-Axial cartridge system is available in 10:1 ratio and volumes of up to 410ml. The S-SN cartridges are available in 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 and 10:1 ratios and volumes of up to 1500ml. Chambers of each component are positioned externally and next to each other, requiring dedicated applicator tool for each cartridge size.

The 345ml cartridge sizes require dedicated dispensing tools.
Side-By-Side 825ml

The S-SN cartridges are available in 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 and 10:1 ratios and volumes of up to 1500ml. Chambers of each component are positioned externally and next to each other, requiring dedicated applicator tool for each cartridge size.
